I realize that these were taken at night with stadium lights, but is that kind of noise normal in a 1D MkII? I'm just curious since I am considering getting one.

As for the images, good job catching action! Maybe just crop a little tighter. Good job!

Well this stadium is really dark at night, some of the lights are burnt out so it makes it pretty hard to shoot.

Personally I think they are a little on the dark side. A good friend of mine, Bill Mitchell, shot this game too.

Pretty standard for a Mk2 at high ISO. But a little work and some noise reduction helps.
