Any comments on colors, contrast, sharpness ?
Also would like to hear advice on how to get rid of blown highlight on the left top side of her head.

I would simply tighten the crop( getting rid of the bright corner above the couch), and frame!

great shot! and, yes, crop it a tad and your wall will have a great portrait!

I am interpreting the OP as meaning her "right forehead" rather than the "left top side" of her head.
The blown out highlight on the forehead is probably too far gone, unless the shot was taken in RAW mode.
If that is the case, then you have to re-stage the shot and try to arrange the lighting for a softer light rather than using flash.
