Has anyone tried an of the sd to cf card adapters? Reviews on Adorama seem to say they work fine but no one has commented on their speed. Any thoughts?

I use one, a no-name brand CF Type II card. I've used it with my 30D and also Nikon D200, using Transcend 8GB SHDC Class 6 cards as backups for my CF cards.
I get about 12-14MB/sec download time with my card reader using the Transcend SDHC card directly. Inside the adapter, it drops down to about 5-7MB/sec. So I just pop the SDHC card out and download directly from it.
In the cameras, the memory buffer is large enough for my style of shooting that I really don't notice the card adapter holding me up.
Mine looks like this:

I want one of these.
Got so much high capacity SD cards and little CF cards.
Anyone know where to get one?
No ebay please. Too lazy to "buy now" and deal with the whole process :)

I have a couple of Jobo SDHC-CF adapters I got from B&H. They're for emergency use only though, or with the EyeFi card..

Amazon.com sells a Delkin brand adapter that is SDHC compatible for $25.
