I almost hate to bring up Ken Rockwell's name because threads relating to him almost always develop a mind of their own, but he's the reason I'm asking this question, so here it goes. This is not about him, but one thing he does... or claims to do.
He claims to get... kickbacks?, credit?... from places like B&H, Adorama, etc., when people click the links on his website. Is this serious? If so, what is he talking about? How does this work?
I'm sure these places wouldn't do this with just anybody, and probably only with higher-hit count sites, but still...
