Nice.

However i think you can avoid to use the converter in this kind of shot.

In the photos that I have seen online I saw that the best results are obtained by connecting the camera to telescopes directly.

A teleconverter is useful when you must see the details of some individuals subjects on the viewfinder but it is not useful for distances of this type.
It is sufficient a crop of the photo.

Thanks for your comments guys.Tried shots with and without the X4,this was my best.Thought of cropping it tight,but changed my mind.

Nice shot. I use my 1.4X with my 400L for moon shots, they crop well and have more detail than just using the 400L by itself. It is more sensitive to movement ie. winds etc, but worth the effort.
