I've coded my own site but it isn't what I want exactly. I'm looking for a designer that knows the ins and outs of Flash.
Here are a couple examples of what I'm looking to have:

PM me for rest of details, please :)

First of all, have you only been shooting since Aug.08? If so, you're freak'n terrific...seriously!!!
As for your website, I fought the "flash" battle for a long time. In the end, the simple fact is - unless you're a Flash developer too - Flash is a time suck and expensive (unless you choose a hosted/template solution with a .xml/db backend like PhotoBiz or BluDomain.)
Since you did your own code (and design I presume) here are some design tweaks you can make (in order of importance) to immediately improve your existing site with no money out of pocket...
Do NOT use a "landing page" - it took 4 clicks to get your work onscreen.
Take viewers directly onto your site with your most impressive work BOOM in their face! (You are really pretty, but put your client photography first.)
Make your "home" page a simple rotation of your 8-10 best images (flash, js, etc.)
Make your entire site background black.
Change your site nav to: People | Places | Caitlyn | Home
Put your Contact info and Flickr!/Blog links on your Caitlyn page
Your signature/logo is soft but your work is edgy - those don't match. Either switch to a more aggressive script font or ditch the sig/logo entirely.
Change your site fonts: Nav and content copy should be san-serif (arial) 10pt or smaller
These changes alone will dramatically improve the overall feel of your site, and you can do most, if not all, of it yourself. I've attached a quick redo of your site illustrating some of the changes above. If you want specific help on the design side (logo, font selections, page layout, etc.) PM me anytime...

Wow, thanks! I really appreciate what you've done there!
What kind of font did you use btw?
I'm also looking to get into weddings, so I thought the softness of the font would work well due to elegance, but you are right, it doesn't quite jive with the rest of my work :)
Thank you so much! I'll have to look into that, or go with Bludomain. Perhaps I should completely separate the two. I just don't know what route to go now! lol
I really appreciate the compliments on my advancement. I really dove head first into this field and I love every second of it!

The font on the white samples is Scriptina. You can download it here (http://www.dafont.com/scriptina.font). I have to agree about the landing pages. If I have to click a dozen times to navigate through a site, I usually close it and move on. Make it easy for the consumer. You may be web savvy, but not everyone is.

Does anyone know an easy way to get a slideshow going on the main page? :)

The simplest way is using Flickr and their built-in slideshow.
Otherwise, I'd look at a rotating/fading image in javascript - most likely something using the jquery library.
I'd also recommend a CMS (content management system) that drives the backend of your website. Something like WordPress.
Jay Jay's recommendations are pretty much spot on. I'd offer to help you, but I think Jay Jay has got you covered.
Good luck!
