This was about $8 cheaper last week, but $48.99 for Kingston 1Gb after $15 rebate is still pretty good from Dell. Free shipping too.

I didn't realize Dell didn't ship to Canada.

eCost ships to Canada. They have the same price and free shipping too (in the U.S. anyway). Says 10 left.

The other link I posted was broken. Try this one:

Rebate is for U.S. customers only though :(

I managed to get US only rebates from Canon and Tamron even though I live in New Zealand. I just had the rebate cheques sent to someone I know in the states, who mailed them on to me.

I've bought gear from eCost and since they use the boarderfree service its painless and you know upfront how much an item will be ($85 in this case). TigerDirect (http://www.tigerdirect.ca/) is another source that might have soemthing at a reasonable cost.

Thank you all!

I'm gonna move to the states, I swear!

Tried ecost and it came to 135 canadian with taxes and shipping. That's 100 american :(

But I found a chinese guy who special ordered me a 1gb sandisk ultra for about 90 american :)

So, problem solved for now

Cheapest place in Canada that I know of is Canada Computers.

http://www.canadacomputers.com

Lexar 80x 1GB card = $119
Sandisk Ultra II 1GB card = $105

I bought my Lexar 1GB from them last month and haven't had any problems yet.

So, problem solved for nowWow, what a rip!!! I clicked the Canada icon on eCost last night before I posted the link and it changed the price to $85 Canadian, but I didn't think shipping and tax would get you up to $135.

We should do POTN memory cards next to get around all the extra fees.
