What to do?

I had a supposed business owner out of Germany email me recently about purchasing some prints to put up in his shop and it sounds like he wants to buy the prints outright and then resell them. I'm doing the background work to make sure this is a legit business (as much as you can do I guess...) and trying to come up with a contract that I feel comfortable with for the photos.

My question lays in the pricing of my photos. I've never had this situation arise before and my current pricing is for people wanting to buy for their personal collection and for portraits if they are clients. What would/do ya'll do in this situation? Find out how much he's going to charge and charge him based on that? Keep the same prices? I hate trying to price images because I never know how much is enough or too much.

I'd probably stick with your current prices, but offer a discount for bulk quantities. ie. price breaks at 50 of the same image and 100 of the same image.
