What exactly is the third leg strap on the Crumpler bags?

Does the Talle have the third leg strap? If it doesn't than my Talle has what I think is the third leg strap.

Third leg strap? I am not sure what you are referring to but it might be the stabilizer strap. This is to prevent the bag from swinging forward when it is at your back, and is a common feature in messenger bags.

The "Third Leg Strap" on Crumpler bags is basically a stabilizer strap as mentioned above that keeps the bag from swinging around in situations such as riding a bike or bending over.
