How to avoid camera shaking (action camera on bike).

I have fitted various camcorders on my bicycle.
What i would like to do is filming while i am cycling on Forest paths. Is there a way that i can get rid of the camera shaking ? So far i have discovered that it's best to use wide angle lens. I also helps filming in bright light (short exposure time) give less blur. I haven't tried software that can remove shake.

im not sure if this will work as good as you want it to, but imovie 09 has an option "analyze for stablization"
