EOS Utility for Powershot G10?

Hi all,

I want to use the remote capture facility which apparently the EOS Utility will allow me to do with my Powershot G10 and my Macbook Pro.

However when I open the EOS utility with my G10 connected to my MBP via the USB cable I am not able to start the remote capture facility.

I have tried updating the EOS Utility to the latest version but still no joy.

Ideas anyone?

Don't worry, I sussed it out. The remote capture software is part of the CameraWindow Canon software for Mac OS X. Contrary to what it says in the documentation.

One thing I have learned today though is that the Canon software downloads are in disarray. There are different versions all over the place on their website. Also the software documentation is poor (for the G10 anyway).
