Check the post processing board. There are some discussions there. One thread in particular.

I attended the Ideas Conference in NY on April 4th and it was all about the new Creative Suite CS2. It's all great stuff but in the new photoshop, the best thing is the updated Camera Raw plug in. It has many more control functions and sliders. Check out the Creative Suite 2 at www.adobe.com.

When I open some CR2 images in the new bridge (which actually open in PS proper), sometimes I get a large yellow exclaimation point in the top right hand corner of the image, which dissappears after a few seconds. Does anyone know what this is?

I think that the image is still processing and until the exclaimation point goes away I just wait. As you say it only last for a few seconds, so it's no big deal.

I just wondered if it was trying to tell me something important. If it's just a "still processing" thing that's fine, but you'd have to wonder why they'd use a big yellow exclaimation point for "processing", instead of a more usual representation like a progress bar or spinning object.
