Since my first dive with the S 40 and DC 300 housing, (which wasn't a fun experience), I have been aprehensive about U/W digi cams. On this dive the housing leaked, so I sent the housing back and I just recieved a new one. Went on a dive last night at 10:30
and the pictures turned out very, very, nice, and yes the built in flash does provide adaquate lighting for good pics. I was pleased with the flash, but I think I will start looking for a U/W digital strobe. $$$$$$$ and lots of it, even more so than the camera and housing, but much better pics.
I will post a pic as soon as I figure out how to on the forum. Until then, safe and happy diving and keep that camera dry. :)
