First studio shots

Having just bought a Canon 20D I took these shots of my two sons . Just starting to get into studio lighting so I was just experimenting with the lights really. Would appreciate any comments, criticism or suggestions. Thanks for looking;)

Looks a little overexposed. Unless thats the look your going for. I think if the contrast was a brought down a bit, it'd look better.

Great shots!!! I would love to see a bit more contrast..........the blacks are not black enough.........

Thanks for everyones comments.This is my first post on this forum and you all seem really helpful. I agree that it is a little over exposed I think this is due to inexperience with studio flash and will have another go as soon as possible and be aware of this. Oh they were looking at their dad wavins some net curtains in the air!Thanks again
