A New guy asks alot of questions, I just got my d60 and frankly I have alot to learn.

Before I go on... I was wondering .... Is Pekka's action applicable to mac also? I have been using ps7 and am still learning it.

Ive moved away from pc to mac and am still looking to find a compfortable medium for dealing with my digital exploration. ( meaning PC or Mac ).
I have loaded the canon software in both Mac and PC
os 9.2, osx 10.1.5, win , win 98 se, and also win xp home. from what I see I am not wild about zoom browser, but am using it on a old laptop p2 333 w/. and p3 866 desktop w/win xp.
The new file viewer utility in osx seems to be working ok, I will have to see how it works with raw files. and Image Browser also seems limited in osx. I have os 9.2 but don't want to use it if I don't have to. Is there an Image handler that will allow image comparison and comparison of the exif data in the window at the same time? What is a good solid Image handler for osx?( does it even exist?)

What I am saying is I have a lot on my plate with all this , and am asking for your all's advice on which is the better way to handle this material. Preferably in a Mac way but I am bowing to greater experience and asking ,what is the better way to handle this material ?

I am shooting a d60 with a canon 50mm 1.4 lens and waiting on a 24-70 2.8 lens. I am getting some stuff that is ok and have along way to go.
All I had before was a sony s75 which was ok but no digital slr. I am excited with all the prospects .

I know Ive asked alot , so if anybody has time and no other good thing to do any info is appreceiated.

Thanks
Eric
