Thumbnail Gallery Software

I am trying to find something that will generate thumbnail galleries for a website. What I am after is a similar look to what you can produce with lightroom but I only want thumbnails generated I dont want them to be able to open into larger images.

Any ideas on something capable of this?

If you have the Lightroom, you can specify the size of the image that opens when the thumbnail is clicked. I'm assuming you can make it as small as you like.
