Not many places to shoot from at Thruxton, because of the position of the sun. So i stayed at this chicane.

I used my 1D3 with my 500f4 on a mono-pod.

PP is from raw files, going through DPP then CS2.

those are some awesome shots.
the riders have great lean which really adds to the drama of motorcycle racing.

what focal length lens were you shooting with? such great clarity and colors in your shots. 2 :thumbsup: lol

Superb shots Alan. I really don't see how you could improve them. Super sharp on the bikes from front to back, great saturation and lovely blurred backgrounds.
