That's a very cute shot. You should submit that to the league...once you get permission from parents, of course. After an extremely crappy night at work, it made me smile......I needed that.

I was a catcher all through high school and college. I used to love to talk to the batters. I would know just how far to push their buttons without getting a head slap from the umpire. I think it helped that my dad was an umpire in the leagues and they all knew me since I was a kid playing at the level in the picture posted above.

The picture is great! However, as a parent of a child that age, who does that exact same thing, it's frustrating. There are some games when I just want to pull my hair out. Of course he has fun so that's all that matters.
