Chrohm, good stuff. If you have room left in the budget, I would strongly recommend that you double up on the Vertex SSD. I am assuming that you will be using the SSD as your OS drive?

looking back on it, I really wish I had gotten the 64gb...but I'm hoping for these prices to go down sooner than later...

I want to boot ubuntu also, or partition the 32gb drive and use both, but I think that fit may be too tight...

What configuration would you recommend?

Ideally...with your motherboard and the ICHR10 chipset, 3 x 30 would be blazing fast, but I would at the min optimize the one 30gb ssd with another in Raid 0

Very nice build! Although I am a bit biased because I have the same case, cpu and motherboard.....coming from a 5 year old laptop as my only comp, it is astounding! Good luck with the build and hopefully nothing is DOA.
