Yeah. One thing I'd suggest is use a tripod if you're not... maybe bump up the iso to 200 or maybe 400. Use long exposures.

Oh and watch your focal points. The second one seems to be oof.

Here is my C&C.

1. Photos are underexposed.
2. Compositions are odd
3. Parking garages are soooooooo overly used, that the location is less than sub-par.
4. Photos #2 and #3 look identical, besides the crop.
5. Photos arent all that sharp, they look OOF to me. Try using a tripod in those lowlight situations.
