4. One to drive the Environmentalists to drink...we had several Red Kites buzzing around all day, they didn't seem at all worried about the cars or people.

Indeed but you don't need to be Sherlock Holmes to figure that one out :p

But which model is it.

Good set Geoff, like the expression on the guys face in No2 and No7 gives you an idea just what an animal they are like to drive

I assume you will be at Croft this Saturday

The Lagonda Rapier driver is a local(ish) driver from Darlington. Great shot of the Barbham Geoff. You also have some very, very nice stuff on your website.

Cheers,

Simon.

PS the red kite shot came out really well!

Great shots Geoff. It's possible I saw that Napier Bentley driving down the M1 as I came back up from Chatsworth. What struck me was what that it wasn't British Racing Green...

If it wasn' that one, somebody was out in a red one of the blower vintage.

Unfortunately can't make Croft for BTCC or BSB this year so Alan's having a good day out ;)

Lovely shots of some beautiful cars and also a Red Kite (http://www.bbc.co.uk/handsonnature/estates/harewood.shtml) as a bonus.

If I'd known you were in the area I'd have put the kettle on! ;)

The Kites were fantastic all weekend, a real distraction from the cars.

During the Awards on Sunday there were 7 of them above the paddock, It was like a scene from "The Birds"

They were particularly brave on Sunday, swooping down into the Paddock to pick things up, kept expecting the to reappear carrying a toddler away.
