This is my first post in over a year, just stumbled across the site again and thought I'd share some more night stuff like I had previously. This shot if of a friends car. Off camera handheld flashgun on full power used to light around the car. Only photo editing done here was removing the number plate. CC welcomed :cool:

EDIT: Forgot to add, this photo suffers from an issue I have been trying to resolve for a while.. lighting bonnets from this angle is really difficult.. no matter what I do they end up with massive light falloff. Ideas and suggestions on how to light bonnets / angles to light from greatly appreciated!

lighting bonnets from this angle is really difficult.. no matter what I do they end up with massive light falloff. You need to put the light on something that will reflect in the hood, or use the sky reflection for that part of the car.

Lighting is way cool!!!! But the car looks compacted...
