300D users CF recomendation

Hi, what do you recomend, the use of the Sandisk CF regular, the II or the extreme.
It is worth the expense on the expensive ones? does the camera really take advantage of the high speed writing? There is a rebate on the 512 regular that expires 4/30/05 and want to kow if I buy it.

I have 4 Sandisk Ultra II 512 MB CF cards. They work fine for me.

The internal transfer speed of the 300D is fairly low so the regular should be fine for you. Don't push the envelope with memory speeds, it may well come back and bite you with lost files and data corruption.
