One of the things I am trying desperately to do is control the DOF in my photos with the Drebel. Just not used to spinning that dial. I think this picture could benefit from less DOF since the background isn't contributing anything to the primary image. Other than that, not bad at all. Little dark around the eyes and a little soft for my taste in portraits.

Are you using a 300D?

No, the 300D is the camera I want/afford. I agree on the DOF. Thanks.
