a.) get the model to relax a little and have her look a little more "unposed"
b.) flash is a little hard imo.

what's up eric. alexia is a pretty popular model and i've seen much better photos. she's a pro so i'm sure you can get much better than this.
dimitry is right though, she loosk tooo posed as in most of her pictures. try to get her to relax.
