Kestrels drive me nuts. Such a gorgeous bird . . . and so freakin' hard to get close to. What are they so afraid of a camera for, anyway?

I've had some kestrels who are reasonable tolerant and others that are not, unlike the damn kingfishers are are totally intolerant!

I thought I was the only one! I just posted my one and only halfway decent shot of a Kestrel. They are definitely one of my favorites.
