canon d 60 extended warranty

I see many ads for an extended warranty costing anywhere from $199 (1 year) to $799 (3 years).

Has anyone bought these "packages" or had any experience with them?

I got mack extended warranty for 3 years ($200 or $299 I don't remember exactly) after the Canon 1 year. So I have 4 years all together with my D60. One or two shutter replacement will make it all up
