I don't like this effect.
While i like the tone and the cleanliness that i prefer on all the frame of the photo.

Whatever effect you used doesn't do much for me. The upper right corner goes from blurry to the fence, & then further in is focused. What was you're aperture?

I don't like it, you could've at least centered home plate in between the chain links.
