Here's one I took back in March. I'm very proud of it, and have it as a 20x30 on my wall. If you look in the distance, the little balls of fluff, they are elk. It is an "HDR" out of a single RAW file. The sky was very blown out. But this looks much better than the original. Just thought I'd share. I tried taking the sign out of the bottom, but never could get it to look right. Other than that, thoughts?

Great pic! Looks like you took it at the "golden hour". I hope it looks just as good on your wall.

Yes was definitely the golden hour. It actually doesn't look good on my wall. I had it printed through mpix, and it is way dark. I have gotten 4 large prints that are way too dark back from mpix. I tried Adoramapix on a few large ones the other day, and I couldn't be happier. So I just submitted this one today to Adoramapix (which is why I thought about posting it) to see how they can make this one look. I'm sure I will be happy. Thanks for looking.

It's funny that you metioned MPix because I was going to try downloading some pics to them tonight and give them a try. So your saying that you have had nothing but bad luck?

Well, I just counted. Out of the 8 pictures I've had printed there, I'm happy with 2 of them, and one was a reprint. Out of the 8, I believe 6 were reprints. Granted my monitor isn't calibrated, but if I do a test print, with no color correction, it comes back pretty darn close to what it is. So far, I've printed 3 16x20's with Adoramapix, and everyone have come back beyond excellent. And for 5.99, even for metallic paper, you can't beat that. I highly recommend them.

Very nice. I wish there were mountains like that in south Arkansas.

Yes it is. I've been going over to Eureka Springs a lot lately to the lakes over there, Black Bass Lake, and Lake Leatherwood. Also Kings River. Probably headed over to Missouri tomorrow, maybe Roaring River.
