Hello,

I would like to have full size images in my gallery so friends can download (via right click) an original.

What is the best method to do this?

Thanks,
Drew

Resize method "NONE" in path editor will disable resizing on upload (image is just copied). You could make one size path for smaller size (e.g 600 wide) and one size path (NONE) for the original. Use the original size as upload image.

If you want only one size (full) then just choose that one size path on upload.

PS. I would not recommend putting originals on net, ever. At least add File Info with copyright to them in PS and resave to JPEG before uploading.

Thanks Pekka!

Now is there a way to regenerate the images (not thumbnails)?

Thanks,

Drew

No, not yet - it is something that has been on todo list for a while (and not very difficult to do) but simply had not been done yet. BUt you can always replace old images with ftp.

on the same subject, please let me know if this has already been answered elsewhere but is it possible for the user to have a list of views available i.e

Select default viewing size [dropdown box] {original size / medium / small}

or is it the case that you can select only one size setting which applies to all users on all galleries?

Thanks in advance
