S60 closeups

When I take a closeup with my S60 the focus area is out of focus but immediately surrounding this area the definition is great. Am I doing something wrong?

Care to post an example? Include the EXIF data if possible.

If its focused, then its focused...just not where YOU thought
it was. The camera has a mind of its own and is focusing
ok...its easy to miss your focus target on macros.

Try a macro on something on a flat plane. Like a coin on a
desktop. Try the manual focus too (MF button on left side,
middle).
