That's some park you have there. And another nice addition to your park collection. There is something odd going on in her armpit area that distracts, but maybe I'm just being picky. A bit of PP could cure this, whatever it is. Very good separation from the background -- looks almost like a backdrop. Anyway, nice shot. I like how her hair frames the curvature of her face.

Ditto on all points.
The exposure seems to be right on and the lighting seems to be fairly soft, thus leading to almost no facial shadows.
However, one source of light seems to be almost directly overhead and the other from the camera, so I am guessing the sun was very high, almost directly overhead and that fill flash was use to soften the shadows. My conclusion is that there was too much fill flash, because it seems to have washed them away entirely and produced hot spots on the left hand and shoulder.

Interesting mix of assertive, confident pose and almost masculine belt with such a slight frame. Dress is a bit bright for comfort - maybe my eyes are getting over-sensitive these days - too many hours at this computer - large regions of near-white bother me more than they used to. A little more light in around the eyes would have added definition, but for a candid across a park (if the "look around and saw her" describes this moment and not some precursor) it's already a stunning result.
Cheers, Tony
