awe what a cutie! My CC would be that the vignetting is way to dark and to much for my taste. And it may be a little uneven. I prefer the background on the first one to the second.

Yes, the vignetting is WAY too heavy and I would go with shot #2 because,in #1 the sleeve of his shirt is disappearing into the BG. Plus, #1 is cropped pretty tight on the head and even #2, I feel, could use a bit more room on top...but just a bit.

A bit more head room would dramatically improve these. ;)

Nice images...
I do agree about the vignette being too much...
Also, I like the backround on the first image better than the second one as someone stated earlier...and also agree about allowing for more headroom....
mainly more headroom and removing or toning down the vignette would totally change this images...
overall...nice job
