WTT 24-105 for 16-35 2.8 II (I will add $$)

Looking to trade a 24-105 F4L IS for a 16-35 2.8L II. The lens is in excellent condition, filter put on the the lens when I opened the box. The only sign of wear is some light rubbing where the hood comes onto the end of the lens. Comes with box, warranty card, hood and pouch.
