Will someone help me with a baby announcement?

Hey POTNers!

I am trying to put together a baby announcement, when I add the photo (in CS3) to the photo layer of the template, I use free transform to make it fit, but it seems like the photo gets all distorted. What am I doing wrong? Thank you!!

Resize it by dragging a corner, not the sides.

use the 'lock perspective' button ... then it will stay in the same dimensions as the original. Looks like a couple links of chain (right below the view and window menu items.

I guess its called " Maintain Aspect Ratio "

Holding the Shift key down usually locks the aspect ratio in most resize functions in PS.
