View Full Version : More F1 Test Day - Silverstone UK

I see a few fine examples from others of the three days at Silverstone this week...so I thought I'd add mine to fray.....

I'm a bit limited by the 75-300 lens, but some of these worked well, especially when there's lots of light. See what you think. BTW I've shrunk these down a lot to make them web friendly.

Nice shots, especially considering the fences and weather against you.

If you Photoshop the blur then don't forget to blur the wheels as well ;)

I like them, of course I like most all motorsports. I guess you could say that I'm easy, but I'm not cheap!;-)

Hey Andy, nice shots. I like the shots with the water spray - I didn't get there early enough to get any shots like that.
Did you notice how quickly they covered up the cars when they had to trailer them back (at least Williams did)?
As you mentioned in my thread, we probably passed by each other a few times!

Thanks Andy, much appreciated! Yes, true...I wonder why they do that once they've loaded them on the flatbed truck.

I've not been to one of these test days before, so I wasn't sure what to expect - but I was not disapointed - in fact it reinvigorated my interest in F1 (lost a lot of interest when Shuey wouldn't stop winning!)

The shots with the spray are from the afternoon on the Tuesday - I loved it so much I went back on the Wednesday, the weather was a lot better then.
