EPSON 2200 Large print problems

I'm trying to print on 13"x19" (329mmx483mm SuperB) size paper on an epson 2200. Using photoshop PS CS to do the printing.

I have tried sizes from 1" borders to 3" borders but every time the bottom 2" (approx) of the print don't print, it is just cut off and left with white.

I have tried the Epson e-mail support and after two weeks of e-mails I was no closer to a solution.

Has anyone else had this problem? and possible found a solution?

I have had that happen on occasion. I shut down windows and reboot and the problem goes away. Also make sure that you have the proper paper size selected in the Printer Driver and that you check off Centered and Maximum Printing Area.

Have not tried the check off on Centered. Never use Max Printing Area as I use PS to get that.
