Was wanting to go out shooting something today...and as I was leaving I heard music and the band playing. So, as I listened I thought this would be a good time to really test this combo together and see how it does. Will just post the link cause the pictures are of good size. Hope you like the pictures.

Wow. I can't say anything about the subject matter, but the QUALITY OF EXPOSURE, sharpness, and depth of field control are spot on. You had the "quality of light" in your favor this day (sun not too directly bright?). Probably the IS version of the lens. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you. I am looking at buying this combination and wondered how well it would actually work. A friend was negative about it, but it looks great.

Thanks for the nice comment. Yeah I was using the 70-200L IS 2.8 with the 1.4X combo on a cloudy day with little sun shining through. That made it perfect shooting if you ask me.

Thanks for the comment. As for me I really love this combo and as of now I carry this one 90% of the time to shoot cause of how sharp and clear it is. Get it and you won't be disappointed. At least I am not.

can you tell me how you exposed?
I am having trouble getting exposures bang on with this highly changeable weather we're having at the moment
