I need to print a couple 2x2 passport photos for some friends of mine. I resized the photos to 2x3 and then whited out 3/4 inch on the bottom and 1/4 inch on the top to achieve the 2x2. If I upload these to walmart.com and set them up as wallets will they print correctly. I am worried because the files are so small (117k).

Not sure I can help with your current problem, but I can give you another one!...
I know here in the UK (I presume it's an international thing) the subject must be on a solid white background, not the curtains you can see in your shot. Also (and this is probably exclusive to UK bureaucracy) the subject is not permitted to be smiling to any degree!!
Sorry!

Passport photos are one area where its easier, cheaper, and less of a hassle to just go and have it done somewhere else. Like Andy wrote, you should have a plain white background. The subject can wear glasses, but the glare shouldn't obstruct the view of the eyes, which is a close call on your example. Here is a link with more info:

When I applied for my passport, I just paid the nice lady at the Post Office an extra $15.00 to take them.
One less thing to deal with, and I know they won't screw it up...
