Most simple and fastest one is just to create text layer over photo with your text or sign in it, and change opacity from 100% to less. After that you can play around making it look "cool" :)

I made a custom paintbrush, now it takes me seconds to put my watermark on any photo. I haven't worked out yet how to change the size of the brush so it suits photos that are different sizes, but i've not tried very hard to work it out either.

I know what you mean by "custom paintbrush." It would be neat if the brush size were automatically adjusted to be, say 10% of the width of the photo, and not a fixed number of pixels.

PhotoWatermark Professional (http://www.photowatermark.com/) is really easy and it has batch processing. Been extrememly happy with the outcome.
My excellent shots are done through PS.:D

I am having a problem. I used a software called Photomark. I put a watermark on about 800 images. Then i come to find out that i decided i would like to change the watermark. Well, they can not be deleted. So those 800 images are ruined. Can anyone tell me some names of watermark software that has a delete feature?? That way if i finally get my website going, i can change the address on it.

If you didn't keep a copy of the original image before watermarking you're screwed. Maybe you could do it by hand in photoshop, but it won't be great. There's a lesson for you: save every file that comes from your camera, write protected, and if you want to modify or watermark them, save a copy not over the original. Burn the originals to a DVD/CD, or store them on a portable hard drive.

tim, to change the size... use the brush slider and change the diameter of it. Might look odd to increaes the size, so when you do your custom brush, make it to fit high resolution images, then you can easily resize it for smaller versions.
