thanks, I actually used the USM on the 3rd and 4th pictures, but didn't really understand what it was doing. just looked like it put sparkles in the hair. I am just on my 3rd day using photoshop, and trying to learn. the 5th one down had a huge scar on her sholder and was afraid that wouldn't look natural if i repaired it.

Hot Import Nights is coming to San Diego soon. I've thought about going to that to practice. But I think it's $20 to get in and I'm not even decent with the camera yet. But then I've never been to one of these things. Hummm humm to go or not to go...
