I'm assuming your intention was to show the line of the wind turbines and, if so, I would make the following observations.....
The turbines need more prominence within the image. They don't jump out as being the subject. I think getting closer and using portrait mode might prove more dramatic.
The road adds nothing to the shot, indeed it detract from the image. Personally, I would have crossed the road so as not to have it included.
I wonder why you didn't walk a couple of hunderd yards to the right and photograph the front of the turbines rather than the rear. Was there something ugly to your left which would not allow that?
The "rule of thirds" suggests that the horizon shouldn't bisect the image. In this instance, I agree with that "rule"ing.
Sorry, on the whole, it just doesn't grab my attention.
I noticed that the image doesn't include EXIF data. Many people when asked to critique an image like to look at the exif data so that they can make specific recommendation about exposure etc. You might want to consider leaving the exif data attached in future:)

I agree with all of the above plus a bit more. I think better lighting (late end of day) and some motion blur would add significantly, but I'm into evening light and motion blur at the moment. :)

Tend to agree as well....the horizon is titled.but for some reason, with a heavy 16X9 HD crop, it looks more defined?http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v299/emmaloudawg/3634033511_678f37f36f_b3.jpg
