Converting MOV TO FLASH Video Help ?

Hi All !

I just got my new Canon 5D MKII and love it a lot.

Going from the Canon EOS 40D to a full frame with video is great.

My question is now that I have some video in Quicktime format I will like to convert it over to Adobe Flash video.

Can anyone please tell me the best way to do this ?
