Adding image from one exhibit to another

Anyone,

Can I include an image that is in one exhibit into a different exhibit without making a copy of the image and putting in the new directory structure?
I want to leave the origional image in it's current location, but, have the same image into new exhibit.

I'd like to do the same kind of thing only I'd like to be able to mark a photo to go to the "Archive Exhibition". This way the exhibition stays current and older images can be seen by going to the "Archive Exhibition".

Anyone have an idea how to do this??
