What should I get next...

I noticed my CRT is starting to go out since its getting blurry at the edged even after i degauss. I have had it since 1999 and its done great.

I am looking at the Apple 23" or the Dell 2405 FPW. Which should I get?

i have the 23inch - i love it - its hooked up to my G5 atm - but it got here about 1 week before the G5 did so i had it hooked up to my pc - it still looked great

The Apple displays just dropped in price. Our graphics guys use the Apple displays

Love my Apple Cinema Display. You can't beat it.

A question on those that have them do they have aux inputs or is it just the DVI? I know the dell has component input so I could watch TV while doing hwk or other stuff on my screen.

I have the Dell 2405FPW and it's a fantastic monitor. The colours and contrast are great, and it was easy to calibrate and profile with my Spyder (http://www.colorvision.com).

As far as I know, the Dell is much cheaper than an Apple Cinema display (even after the prices are dropped!).

By the way, the LCD panels in both the Dell and the Apple Cinema monitors are made by Samsung, so they are probably (almost) the same!
