You have some nice light on it. what would you do different The point of interest is the motor & the scoop, so I'd sharpen them more:
Selection for sharpening illustration. (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showpost.php?p=6232485&postcount=57)

And crop the cars out of the background & maybe look for cleaner pavement?

y athat was one thing i looked at after i did it all. and frankly didnt want to do at that moment. but i will be cropping the photo a bit later. i will try to sharpen some more also to see what kinda effect it has on it. as for pavement im never gonna get a good piece of it, well at this track at least. this was between changing plugs and looking at the tune up. kinda on a whim as we arent gonna move the car around for a pic and this was actually taken as far against the trailer side as i could get while still seeing what i was shooting. thanks for the ideas.

It seems a little dark here, but outside of that, I love it!I will have to try with my car (even though it's nothing compared to this one herE). Great work though, Love the processing.

Love what you did but I'm with the others the back ground needs to go. I like the pavement though. Reminds me of racing at an old air strip or something.
