Van on Fire

My 1st post on the forum... was on the bus when I saw this, took out my cam & shot away... I was wondering why the headlights are still on during the fire.

It is a funny coincidence that in pic #3 there is a sign behind the van saying "DANGER". I hope there was no O2 or other gases still in the van. I think as soon as I noticed what might be in it I would have been away on my toes pretty fast :D
