S+W Filters?

I saw a comparison by lightrules here of the S+W filters and they look decent, but there's not much else: http://www.pbase.com/lightrules/uvtest1

I was wondering if anyone else has the S+W and Hoya HMC? Could you compare the differences? The S+W are cheap 10 dollar filters whereas the HMC's cost 60. I'm just wondering if there is much of a difference, because the S+W looks fine to me in that test.

I don't want to go for those B+W filters either, for 100 dollars that's a little overdoing it. I'd rather have no filter than pay that much ;)

I use Hoya S-HMC on all my glass, but you won't find much difference in most shots with the S&Ws. Under real high glare or direct light sources, you could see some difference, but all in all, they are good low-priced units. Easy to clean too.
