Buying the adapter from 1/4-20 to Standard Shoe Mount (online?)

I got the bogen umbrella mount... now I am looking for the adapter from 1/4-20 to shoe mount.

There is one from B&H for 7 bucks... but here is the kicker... 25 bucks shipping.

Are there any websites that specialize in this type of small parts with reasonable shipping to canada?

If not, I guess I will return the mount and order mount + adapter from the website and get my shipping worth even though I do not want to.
