Linear processing with S30

Hi:

Is anyone doing succesfull linear processing (semi-fully automated) with their S30. There are actions for linear processing with the DSLR or for the G2, but i have not been able to find anything for the S30...

anyone created something?

I use breezebrowser, and under post processing, use a saturation of 200, and a gamma of 2.2.

These are actually setting breezebrowser recommends for the s30

I saw that option. Basically that would be the same as doing saturation 200 and the middle slider in photoshop to 2.2.. (i think)...

now the question is, do you really see a difference in your pics?

Yeah, Im not sure about how you do gamma in photoshop, other than the colour settings.
I've often wondered about the middle level slider though.

I havent done a side by side comparison, but apparently linear processing does give a greater dynamic range.
